Fennel and Coriander Liqueur

The challenge of online shopping meant we ended up with twice as much vodka as we needed for the Electric Daisy Liqueur. So an opportunity to preserve a bit more summer with a Fennel Flower and Coriander Seed Liqueur, just as we were getting to the end of last year’s bottle.
Ingredients are 70ml vodka, two teaspoons of fennel flowers (or seeds), 1 teaspoon of green coriander seeds, quarter teaspoon of nutmeg and a piece of cinnamon bark. Lightly crush the fennel and coriander seeds, add everything to the vodka and put in a sprig of fennel for decorative effect. Steep for a month. Add up to four ounces of sugar if desired.
