Putting the delivery together

We are gradually bringing together the plantlets destined for transfer to Serpentine, probably towards the end of the month if the team on site can cope with it! There are about 120 small plants in this image including twelve varieties of tomato, tomatilloes, aubergine, chill pepper, borage, cabbage – 21 varieties altogether. Still to be added are three more tomato varieties, some honesty, New Zealand spinach, dwarf bean “Cobra for the Garden Organic experiment and hardy perennial Cerinthe. Everything survived another sharp frost last night with a bit of protection from bubble wrap, but we are not p[lanting anything else out yet.
